Home/For landowners

Your hectares, professionally operated.

Elevarm takes your estate end-to-end — inputs, agronomy, field labour, harvest and grading — and delivers a measured lift in yield, Grade-A share and margin per hectare. You keep the land. We carry the execution.

How the engagement runs

Three stages, all of them measured.

01 · Assessment

We survey and model your block

Soil diagnostics, water access, commodity fit and a per-hectare economics model before anything is planted.

  • Soil mineral and disease testing
  • Commodity and variety selection
  • Cycle-level P&L projection
02 · Operation

We run every cycle end-to-end

NextBio inputs, codified SOPs, a dedicated agronomy team on your cluster, and VarmOS dispatching every field task.

  • Dedicated cluster agronomists
  • Satellite and sensor monitoring
  • Work orders with SLA clocks
03 · Settlement

We sell it and show you the numbers

Harvest graded, sold through our buyer network, and reconciled openly — you see the price, the spread and the margin.

  • Transparent price and spread
  • Monthly operating report
  • Profit-share or KPI-linked fee

Before you ask

The questions that come up first.

Do I hand over ownership of my land?

No. Ownership stays with you. Elevarm operates under a farm management service agreement for an agreed term and set of blocks — you keep title, we carry execution and are paid on the outcome.

How is Elevarm paid?

Three ways, disclosed up front: gross margin on the NextBio inputs we supply, a farm management fee plus profit share per hectare on operations, and a handling fee or fixed trading spread on produce we move downstream. No hidden take-rate between them.

What size of block do you take on?

We currently manage 750+ hectares live, with roughly 3,000 hectares in the pipeline over the next 18 months. Individual projects have started as small as 14 hectares — the constraint is commodity fit and water access, not size.

Which commodities do you operate?

Focus is Indonesia's top five horticulture commodities — chili, shallot, potato, cabbage and tomato — which together account for roughly 58% of national horticulture production. We also run mixed blocks including long bean and durian.

Ownership

The land stays yours. We take over the work, not the title.

Title does not move. Elevarm works under a farm management agreement for an agreed term and set of blocks — you stay the owner, we carry the execution.
