and what we do not.

1 · Who is responsible

PT Elevasi Agri Indonesia ("Elevarm") controls the personal data described here. Our registered address is Jl. Ir. H. Juanda No.477 A, Ciburial, Cimenyan, Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat 40135, Indonesia.

2 · What we collect

Only what you type into one of the two forms. There is no account to create and nothing is collected from you for simply reading the site.

The contact form. Your name and work email are required. Company, phone, which of the three you are writing as (landowner, buyer, or other) and your message are optional.

The report request form. Your name, company and work email are required, phone is optional, and you tick a box confirming we may contact you about that report. We also record which report you asked for.

Either form also sends the page you submitted from and the language you were reading in, so a reply can pick up where you left off.

When a submission reaches our server, that server additionally records the date, your browser's user-agent string, the country your request came from, and a one-way hash of your IP address. The IP address itself is never written down: the hash exists so a single sender can be rate-limited, and it cannot be turned back into an address.

3 · What this site does not do

• It sets no cookies.
• It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. There is no embedded video, map or social widget that could load one.
• It does not profile you, and no decision about you is made automatically.
• We do not sell your data, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

The site does keep three things in your own browser's local storage: the theme you chose, the language you chose, and — only if a form could not reach our server — your own submission, so it can be retried on your next visit. None of the three leaves your device on its own, and clearing your browser data removes them.

4 · Why we hold it

To answer you. An enquiry about operating a block or buying a lot cannot be answered without a way to reply, and the details you give shape the proposal we come back with.

For a report request, the basis is the consent you give on the form: you are telling us we may send you that report and follow it up. You can withdraw that at any time and we will stop, without affecting anything we did before you withdrew.

The technical records described above — date, user-agent, country, hashed IP — exist to keep the forms working and to stop automated abuse. Nothing else is done with them.

5 · How long we keep it

Enquiries and report requests are kept for as long as the conversation is live, and in any case no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted.

If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will — see section 7. We keep only what a law obliges us to keep, and we will tell you if that applies to you.

6 · Who else sees it

Inside Elevarm, only the people who need it: whoever answers your enquiry, and the team that sends the reports.

Outside it, two service providers. Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site and the database that holds submissions, which means the data may be processed on servers outside Indonesia. Our email provider carries the reply we send you.

If your device has no email application configured, a form may instead open a pre-filled draft in whatever mail service you do use. In that case your message travels through that service under its own terms, not ours, and we receive it only once you press send.

We would disclose data to an authority only where the law requires it.

7 · Your rights

Under Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection you may ask us to:

• tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy;
• correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
• delete it, or stop processing it;
• withdraw a consent you have given;
• object to how it is being used;
• receive it in a form you can take elsewhere.

Write to hello@elevarm.com. We will reply within 14 working days. If we cannot do what you asked, we will say why. You may also complain to the supervisory authority for personal data protection in Indonesia.

8 · How it is protected

Submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are stored in a database only Elevarm can read. Raw IP addresses are never stored. Both forms are rate-limited, and neither is reachable from a page other than this site.

No system is perfect. If a breach ever put your data at real risk, we will tell you and the authority, as the law requires.

9 · Changes

If what we collect or what we do with it changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. A change that needs your consent will be asked for, not assumed.
